Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about custom enamel pin production

How long does it take to produce custom enamel pins?

Standard production time is 14–21 business days after technical drawing approval. Rush production (7–10 days) is available for an additional fee. International shipping adds extra days depending on your destination.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design. Smaller runs of 50 pieces are possible with a small-quantity surcharge. Larger orders (500+ pieces) receive volume discounts.

What materials are available for enamel pins?

We offer soft enamel, hard enamel, and screen-printed pins on a brass or zinc alloy base. Metal plating options include gold, silver, black nickel, rose gold, and custom finishes.

How is the price calculated?

Price depends on pin size (mm), quantity, material type, and add-ons such as custom packaging or special finishes. You receive an instant estimate on the order form; our team confirms the final price after reviewing your artwork.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from our European distribution center. Standard shipping covers most EU countries; express and tracked courier options are available for all destinations.

How do I place an order?

Click 'Start Designing', upload your artwork or use our AI generator, fill in the production specs, and submit the form. Our team will review your design and send a detailed quote within 24 hours.

What is the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel pins?

Soft enamel pins have recessed areas filled with paint, giving a textured feel; they are cost-effective and popular for detailed designs. Hard enamel pins are polished flush with the metal, resulting in a smooth, jewellery-like finish with more durable colors.

Can I get a technical drawing before approving production?

Yes. After you approve the quote, our factory team prepares a technical drawing (dieline) for your review. Production begins only after you approve the drawing, ensuring your pins look exactly as intended.
